Today, after my daughter-in-law used it for a bed for three nights, I went to fold it back into a couch. It won’t close. There’s a large metal bar that clearly fell off under the settle range, and it ripped through the bottom lining. Given what others have experienced, I expect a non-answer from the manufacturer, so it looks like I’ll be hauling this merchant and the retailer into Small Claims Court. Good thing I’m an attorney.

Depths and widths for these sofas are distinctly customizable, as is the preference to turn it into a sofa bed.
